Work for United Airlines

I am a designer at United Airlines with a primary focus on designing enterprise tools for aircraft maintenance planners.

I work with the Automated Maintenance Tools (AMTS) Planning team within the TechOps department. This team is tasked with supporting the Maintenance Planners, who prepare and schedule routine and non-routine maintenance work across all aircraft at United Airlines. To date, I’ve designed over 10 web applications and continue to support the growing portfolio across AMTS Maintenance Planning.

I employ a Rapid/Lean UX approach with most of my projects to support the short development cycles for each application. The projects range in complexity and size, and development cycles typically take 2 to 6 months from design to production.
